GPACAC Advocacy Series Presentations: The advocacy series features four webinars designed to share more about what advocacy is and why it’s important, how to be effective advocates for our profession and our students and how to get involved. Participants attending three of the four sessions earn an Advocacy certificate! See calendar of presentations below.
Join members of the Government Relations Committee at your state capitol to advocate for your students and our profession. One of the simplest ways to advocate is to share your experiences in the profession with your legislators and this is a great opportunity to do just that. They can’t help us change what they don’t know about! So let your legislators know you’re a resource and that you care.
Be on the lookout for an email in your inbox to invite your legislators, even if you can’t make it!
