Conference Hotel

The 2027 GPACAC Conference will be hosted at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel - 1 N Broadway Ave, OKC, OK 73102 Please contact Conference Co-Chairs if you have questions about hotel rooms.

Hotel Reservations

You will receive information on how to reserve your place in our hotel block in your conference registration confirmation email.

Rooms will be available for reservation in our block at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel from Tuesday, April 6th until Friday, April 9th. Rooms in the hotel block are $165/night, plus tax.

Parking Information

A city-owned parking garage is conveniently located adjacent to and connected to the conference hotel. Guests can access the hotel directly from the parking garage on the 3rd floor.

Overnight Hotel Guests: Conference attendees staying at the hotel may purchase a parking pass for $10 at the hotel front desk during check-in. Parking charges can be added directly to your guest room.

Daily Conference Attendees: Attendees who are not staying overnight at the hotel have two parking payment options:

Purchase a parking pass for $10 at the hotel front desk.
Pay directly at the parking garage upon departure. Rates will vary based on the amount of time parked.

Century Center Parking Garage Instructions

Enter

Take a right out of the hotel drive.
Take a right at the stop light at Sheridan Avenue.
The garage entrance is midway down the building following the loading dock.
Enter the garage via the up ramp on the left side.
Parking is available on floors 3 and 4. When arriving at the ticket kiosk, insert the parking pass provided by the Front Desk. (Do not take a ticket)
If you have not received a parking pass from the Front Desk yet, please press the button and the machine will give you a time stamped ticket.
The parking pass will be returned and stamped with the time and date of expiration (24 hours from the time the garage is entered).

Exit

Follow the exit signs and go down the spiral ramp.
At the end of the ramp there will be a kiosk on your left hand side past the attendant booth.
Insert the time stamped parking pass into the kiosk.

If staying multiple days and kiosk keeps your pass please enter the next day’s parking pass and use the new pass upon re-entering the garage.
Use each pass to come and go until after the stamped expiration time has passed.
Please be aware that Century Center Parking Garage is city-owned and operated. If a parking pass is misplaced, misused, or lost there will be a charge for a replacement.
