Ken Anselment is Senior Director of Enrollment Strategy at Human Capital Education. With more than  30 years of experience in higher education, he helps institutions make sense of evidence to shape student experience and institutional practice in service of their mission. He previously served as Vice President for Enrollment and Communications at Lawrence  University and currently serves on the board of trustees for the National Association for College Admission Counseling.

Ken is the author of Climbing the Admissions Leadership Peak and the host of The Admissions Leadership Podcast, which he launched in 2019. With more than 100 episodes, the podcast has become a trusted forum for enrollment leaders to reflect on the habits, mindsets,  and experiences that have shaped their careers.

Outside of his consulting work, Ken enjoys time in the mountains biking and hiking, and reading and writing.
