Our refund policy is below. Extenuating circumstances will be discussed with the current GPACAC leadership. This registration policy should be available on the conference website:
- GPACAC will refund the conference registration fee minus a $50 processing fee when written notice is given 30 or more calendar days prior to conference start date.
- No refunds will be given after 30 or fewer calendar days to the event start date.
- Transfer of registration to another attendee can be made up to seven days before the conference start date.
- Vendors and exhibitors/sponsors will not be granted a refund.
- If the in-person conference is canceled, GPACAC leadership will assess and collectively decide the best course of action, announcing the policy to membership if this should arise.
