Summer Counselor Bus Tour

Join GPACAC for a multi‑day Oklahoma College Bus Tour designed exclusively for high school counselors. This immersive experience allows you to visit several campuses across the state of Oklahoma, connect with admissions representatives, and gain up‑to‑date insight into academic programs, campus culture, and student support services.

The tour will begin and end in Tulsa and will take place June 8–11, 2026. Over four days, participants will visit Langston University, Tulsa Community College, The University of Tulsa, The University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City University, The University of Central Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State University. All meals, hotel accommodations, and snacks will be provided!

Highlights include:

• Guided tours and presentations at multiple Oklahoma colleges and universities
• Opportunities to meet and engage with other high school counselors and admissions teams
• Hotel accommodations provided by partner institutions
• Meals, snacks, and transportation included
• Convenient extended parking available in Tulsa for those driving in

Cost: 

• A refundable deposit is required to secure your spot
• $50 for GPACAC members
• $75 for non‑members
  Your deposit will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the tour.

• Registration Opens: March 1, 2026. 
• Deadline: May 30, 2026 
• Those registered for the GPACAC Conference will receive first priority for bus tour registration.
